Description of Facility:   A combination of 18 houses and flats for rent and shared ownership. Configured in 5 pairs of semi-detached houses and 2 blocks of flats on a green field site in a rural location. Construction form was timber frame with brick cladding.

Rural location threatened the achieving the required Ecohomes Rating.
Finite budget which had to be complied with.
Limited local services infra-structure.
Working within a disgruntled local community.
